chicken on the bone : loosely tent in a foil pouch & warm in 350 oven til heated through, 15 minutes
pork shoulder, brisket & braised meats : warm in 350 oven, covered / wrapped, til heated through, 15 minutes OR on stovetop, covered, over md. heat
noodle & rice bowls : warm in skillet or pot on stovetop over md heat, stirring occasionally til heated through, 5 minutes. **ADD a splash of stock or water to rehydrate / loosen noodles and rice** can also add olive oil to serve if you like.
